Pernerova Development s.r.o., with registered office at Evropská 866/71, Vokovice, 160 00 Prague 6, Company ID: 08682844 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), hereby informs all natural and legal persons who have directly or indirectly contacted the Controller or have entered into negotiations with it in any way for the purpose of expressing interest in leasing office or retail spaces forming part of the PERNERKARLÍN development project presented on this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subjects”), that the Controller processes personal data provided by the Data Subjects for the purpose of presenting the aforementioned development project on this website, on which the Controller has a legitimate interest, and further for the purpose of negotiating, concluding, and fulfilling necessary legal actions related to leasing the subject real estate and fulfilling these legal actions (e.g., submitting a proposal for registering a lease agreement in the records, confirming receipt of rent payments, etc.), and for fulfilling the Controller’s obligations set by legal regulations related to leasing such real estate (e.g., tax or accounting obligations or obligations aimed at preventing money laundering and other criminal activities). Information regarding the storage or processing of cookies, including their settings, is available in a separate bar located at the bottom of the website or at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/en/. If you have consented to receiving commercial communications, the Controller also processes your contact data for marketing purposes, especially for sending commercial communications related to the project, including offers to lease office or retail spaces within the project.

For the above purposes, the Controller may disclose personal data of the Data Subjects to third parties cooperating with the Controller in connection with the leasing of the relevant real estate, i.e., real estate agencies (intermediaries), legal, accounting, or tax advisors, the website operator, and entities handling implementation of client modifications to the offered real estate. The Controller is also entitled to provide identification and contact details of tenants of the leased real estate to the future homeowners’ association. Data Subjects whose personal data are processed have all rights provided under applicable data protection laws. You may exercise these rights by contacting the Controller in writing at the registered office address above or via electronic communication at info@pernerkarlin.cz.

Consent to Personal Data Processing

By consenting herein, you grant permission to Pernerova Development s.r.o., with registered office at Evropská 866/71, Vokovice, 160 00 Prague 6, Company ID: 08682844 (hereinafter “Controller”), to process the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”):

Name, surname, company name, phone number, and email are required for sales and marketing purposes. These data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 5 years.

  • Suppliers or service providers to the Controller, especially sales agents, marketing agencies, or the company Ecomail responsible for sending project-related communications.

  • Possibly other providers of software, services, and applications, which the company currently does not use.
